Shipping policy

ROUTE SHIIPPING INSURANCE

Route shipping insurance is available on all packages.  This is to ensure that you receive your item and it will be covered if the item is lost in shipping.  If you opt to not pay for the service, we cannot be responsible for lost packages.  Route is automatically applied to each order unless you turn it off at check out.

To avoid delivery issues or delays, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order.  Any fees to re-send a package will be the responsibility of the buyer.

TURN AROUND TIME

All ready to ship items will be mailed within 3 business days.  If the item is an item that is made to order please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be completed before shipping.

Custom orders will be mailed within 7-10 business days once supplies are received if I need to order materials.
