Refund policy

Returns
We will gladly refund your purchase in the form of store credit within 14 days of receiving your item if they meet the qualifications for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and still have the tags attached.

Teething items such as teething rattles or the freezable teethers are final sale.  Custom orders placed are final sale, no returns.

To complete your return, send an email to thatssewcrochet@outlook.com.  Returns are issued in the form of store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.

To return your product please email info@mariandmae.com for return authorization. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds 

Refunds will not be issued.  All returns will be refunded with store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit will be issued for a future purchase minus the 10% restocking fee.

Sale items 
Sale items are final sale.  No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thatssewcrochet@outlook.com and send your item to: That's Sew Crochet, LLC, 4504 West Kathleen Street, Sioux Falls SD 57107, United States.

Shipping

All ready to ship items will be mailed within 3 business days.  If the item is an item that is made to order please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be completed before shipping.

Customer orders will be mailed within 7-10 business days once supplies are received if I need to order materials.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
